Job Description
Are you an experienced Primary Teacher ready to inspire and engage a vibrant Year 4 class? This fantastic one-form entry primary school looking to appoint a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their passionate and forward-thinking team from September 2025. You will be joining a supportive school community that places a strong emphasis on creativity, collaboration and high expectations for both pupils and staff. With a well-structured curriculum, excellent leadership and a commitment to professional development, this is an ideal opportunity for a Year 4 Teacher who wants to make a real impact in a welcoming and ambitious school setting. This role in not suitable for an ECT and the school requires a QTS teacher who has previous Key Stage 2 experience.
Job Role:
- Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to a Year 4 class.
- Planning and assessing in line with the national curriculum.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Creating a classroom environment that encourages curiosity and resilience.
- Working as part of a collaborative KS 2 team.
- A friendly and supportive staff team who push each other to provide an outstanding education for all pupils.
- High-quality resources and strong leadership.
