Senior Quantity Surveyor required for an SME House Builder currently growing at a rapid pace and ambitious plans moving forward. You will be joining a successful business and will be surrounded by a highly experienced team across all areas of the business.



The company operates sites which include private developments and affordable housing primarily in the Midlands region. The ideal person for this role will be highly experienced operating a Senior Quantity Surveyor level from a house building background with expose to affordable housing.

In return you will receive a basic salary up to £65,000 plus car allowance (£6,000) and benefits.
