🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Carrying out full assessments of risk and need for children and families
Managing your own varied caseload
Creating and implementing child-centered care plans
Working within legal frameworks and safeguarding policies
Collaborating with partners across health, education and social care
Supporting children through Court, Child in Need, and Child Protection processes

✅ What We're Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England)
3+ years of post-qualification experience
Strong background in Children in Need, Court, and Child Protection
Excellent communication, mediation, and relationship-building skills
A forward-thinking, flexible approach to care
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding
