An Experienced Optical Practice Manager is required for a modern Opticians based in Bath, presently test 5 times a week,  they also run Hearing Care Clinics 3 times a week


Skills required
Familiar with KPIs
Targets
Commercially minded and able to push the business forward
Able to carry out staff training
Excellent customer service skills
Dispense glasses at all levels
Knowledge of contact lenses

Managing the team
Motivating the team to help increase sales
Staff rotas
Recruitment of staff
Staff training
Dispensing
Administrative duties

37.5 hours a week
