Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of RMSS Exeter for an experienced 3.5t Drivers for long-distance delivery routes. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional drivers who enjoy covering longer journeys across the UK and want to work with a trusted logistics company.

Your Role

Drive a 3.5t vehicle, ensuring timely and secure deliveries of high-value and sensitive items
Follow scheduled routes of sometimes long-distance driving and respond to any delivery changes quickly and professionally
Load and unload consignments with care and attention
Provide exceptional customer service on every route
Complete all necessary documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (Category B) with no more than 6 penalty points
Proven experience in multi-drop or secure delivery work preferred
Ability to pass enhanced security vetting, including DBS checks
Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Other Information:

Working Hours: Will range 04:00/06:00 – 13:00/16:30 with shift length usually between 8 to 10 hours.
Pay Rate: £12.54.
Duration of Assignment: Ongoing ad hop work.
