Job Description

Pertemps is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Royal Mail for a Recruitment Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to support national hiring campaigns and help attract top talent to one of the UK’s most recognisable brands.

 Your Role
  • Coordinating the logistics of recruitment events across various locations to support external job fairs and internal recruitment open days.
  • Creating and managing a centralised events calendar, event set-up, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all event materials and equipment are delivered and returned on time – maintaining an accurate asset register.
  • Maintaining accurate records of event participation, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for event-related queries.
Requirements
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.

Other Information:
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 0900-1700.
  • Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour.
  • Duration of Assignment: Until end of December (potential to be extended).
  • Start Date: 1st September.
  • Location: Sheffield, S98 6HR (Hybrid - 2 days in the office / 3 days WFH).
