Salary: Β£55,000βΒ£70,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus
Work Style: Hybrid / Remote
Our client, a leading fire protection contractor, is looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager with a background in sprinkler systems to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role focused on growing new business, managing key accounts, and supporting estimation and tender submissions.
This is a prime opportunity for someone commercially minded who understands sprinkler systems and wants to focus on developing long-term client relationships and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users
- Manage the full sales cycle β from lead generation through to proposal and contract close
- Collaborate with in-house design and technical teams to prepare accurate estimates and tenders
- Attend client meetings and site visits as needed across London and the surrounding areas
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the fire protection or sprinkler industry
- Strong technical understanding of LPC/British Standards and sprinkler system solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (support from technical team available)
- Highly self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working remotely
- Full UK driving licence
