Qualified Social Worker, Duty and Assessment Team
Pay rate to £40 per hour
Contract role
We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Duty and Assessment Team in Oldham Council.
 
Experienced social worker required, with experience of working in a duty and assessment team as below.
Duty week is every 2 weeks, however, will be covering a smaller area which will reduce intake. Duty consists of:
-Conducting strategy meetings and S47 investigations.
-Formulating and executing CIN plans/CIN reviews.
-Step up/progress cases to ICPCC/PLO and court. PLO/Court experience is desirable but not mandatory, support will be provided for those willing to learn.
