The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Birmingham. You’ll deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons across KS3 and KS4, including Triple Science, ensuring students develop strong practical skills, scientific knowledge, and confidence in preparation for GCSE examinations. This full-time, long-term role includes planning, marking, assessments, and contributing to the wider science faculty.
The Candidate
You’ll be a qualified Science Teacher with a strong specialism in Chemistry (QTS or ECT). The ideal candidate will have solid curriculum knowledge, effective classroom management, and the ability to deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons. A proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to raising attainment across all abilities are essential.
