Job Description
A secondary school in Redditch is looking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher from September 2025. This long-term supply role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students to develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts.

The Role
You will take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, teaching, and assessing, within a supportive Maths department. The role involves delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of mixed-ability groups while preparing pupils for success in their GCSEs. Collaboration with colleagues and a commitment to raising attainment are central to the position.
The Candidate
Applications are welcome from both experienced Maths Teachers and ECTs with QTS. You should bring strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management, and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential. A passion for developing learners’ numeracy skills and encouraging resilience in problem-solving will be key.
