The Role
You’ll deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, using your subject knowledge to instil confidence, curiosity, and competence in Mathematics. Planning and marking will be required, and you'll be expected to contribute to departmental meetings and interventions where needed. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative Maths department that values creativity, high standards, and pupil progress.
The Candidate
We're seeking a passionate and resilient teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status
- Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills
- A commitment to raising standards and closing attainment gaps
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths (GCSE focus desirable)
- A flexible, team-oriented approach and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject
