Key Details:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Birmingham this September. This full-time role involves delivering Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a forward-thinking, supportive department.
The Role:
You will be responsible for teaching Maths to a range of abilities at both KS3 and KS4. The role involves full teaching duties including planning, marking, assessment and participation in departmental activities. You will be expected to foster strong numeracy skills and promote confidence and enjoyment in the subject.
The Candidate:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who has:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- A strong grasp of the Maths curriculum up to GCSE level
- The ability to inspire and engage pupils through creative and effective teaching
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for the subject
