A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an inspiring English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Redditch from September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term assignment, ideal for a passionate teacher looking to make a real impact in the classroom.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4. You’ll play a key part in supporting students to develop strong literacy skills, fostering a love of reading and writing, and helping pupils to excel in their GCSEs. You will also contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental initiatives.
The Candidate
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
- Is confident in delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge
- Possesses strong classroom management and communication skills
- Has a genuine enthusiasm for English and a commitment to student progress
- Both experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply.
