Job Description
Inspire curiosity and ignite a love of science in a thriving Sandwell secondary school. We’re working with a well-regarded, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school to appoint a dynamic Science Teacher for a long-term supply role starting this September.
Key Details:
- Position: Science Teacher (KS3 & KS4, including Triple Science)

- Pay: £175–£250 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

The Role:
You’ll join a committed science department delivering high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, with a strong emphasis on Triple Science. The school follows a well-structured curriculum that balances academic rigour with hands-on practical work. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, tracking progress, and supporting students of varying ability levels to reach their potential.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable science teacher who can confidently teach across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics up to GCSE. You should hold QTS (or equivalent), have UK classroom experience, and ideally some experience delivering Triple Science. Strong classroom management and a passion for raising attainment are essential.

The science department is collaborative and well-led, with a clear focus on raising achievement through excellent teaching and strong pastoral support.
