Are you a graduate looking to gain experience supporting young people with additional needs? This ‘Good’ secondary school in Willenhall is offering a full-time role for a Graduate Teaching Assistant starting immediately.

The Role
You’ll be based in class and in small intervention groups, supporting students with Autism, ADHD and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. You’ll help pupils stay engaged in learning, regulate their emotions and develop strategies for success.
 
You’ll work closely with the SENCo, class teachers and pastoral team to ensure every student gets consistent, tailored support.
 
The Candidate
This role suits a graduate with a genuine interest in SEN or youth work. You’ll need strong communication skills, a calm approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with students who may struggle in a mainstream setting. Experience with challenging behaviour is useful but not essential.
