The Role
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students in developing their literacy and analytical skills in both English Language and Literature. Working closely with class teachers, you will assist in lesson preparation, lead small group sessions, and deliver one-to-one interventions to help raise attainment and prepare pupils for their GCSEs.

The Candidate
This opportunity is ideal for an English graduate who is considering a career in teaching. You should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for English. A proactive approach, patience, and the ability to motivate students are key qualities for success in this role. Previous experience working with young people is desirable however not essential for this role.
