You will be joining a supportive trust and an Executive Headteacher who values collaboration, innovation, and compassionate leadership.

Job Role:

• Providing strategic and inspirational leadership that drives continuous improvement across the school.
• Leading a dedicated team to deliver an engaging, high-quality education for pupils with complex and moderate learning needs.
• Fostering a positive, nurturing environment where every pupil feels valued, safe, and supported.
• Working in partnership with parents, carers, governors, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Managing the school’s budget and resources effectively to support both academic and personal development goals.
• Championing an ambitious and creative curriculum that meets the needs of all learners and promotes independence and confidence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, or Deputy Headteacher in a SEND or mainstream setting.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); NPQH or NPQEL desirable.
• Strong understanding of SEND provision, safeguarding, and inclusive education practices.
• A confident communicator who can inspire staff, engage parents, and build positive partnerships with external agencies.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to combine vision with practical leadership and day-to-day operational excellence.
