This is a long-term opportunity ideal for a Science Teacher who wants to teach small groups of Key Stage 3 & 4 students and see the genuine impact of their work. With excellent leadership, low staff turnover and a strong support structure, you’ll be given the tools to teach engaging, meaningful lessons that help students grow both academically and personally.
Job Role:
- Teaching Science to small groups of KS3 & KS4 students.
- Planning and delivering lessons that engage and challenge learners.
- Supporting students with SEMH needs and helping them to re-engage with education.
- Working closely with a supportive pastoral and leadership team.
- Creating a positive and structured learning environment.
- Working in an alternative provision with an excellent local reputation.
- Small class sizes and a focus on quality teaching over quantity.
