Adult’s Social Worker, Mental Health Team, Southampton 
Pay rate to £35 per hour 
Contract role, Mental Health Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Southampton. 
This is to work in a Mental Health Team 

• The role is with the Mental Wellbeing Service. Core duties are working with adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health and/or substance use. Core duties are within the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act - completion of care act assessments, s117 discharge planning, reviews, safeguarding and duty cover.  

• MWS is a team of 16 practitioners consisting of qualified social workers and independence advisors. We work across a range of external agencies including HIOW healthcare and the ICB.  

• We work with internal colleagues across other teams including adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and aged over 65.   

• AMHP is not required. 

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
