Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a fast-paced Front Door Team based in North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner who can work effectively under pressure and manage high-volume, complex referrals.

Key Details:

• Location: North London
• Rate: £38–£40 per hour
• Contract: 3 months (with potential extension)
• Start: Immediate
• Working pattern: Onsite 3 days per week (hybrid working)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing front-door referrals and triaging cases efficiently
• Completing timely assessments to support safe discharge and prevent hospital admission
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies
• Providing professional guidance and supporting less experienced staff where required

Requirements:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
• Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally at senior level
• Experience working in a fast-paced front door or urgent response setting
• Car driver essential
• Mosaic experience highly desirable
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
