📍 Calderdale | Rolling Rota | 3 Nights per Week
Pertemps are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Night Care Support Workers to join a community-based team in Calderdale.
🛏️ About the Role As a Night Care Support Worker, you’ll deliver personal care and practical support to individuals in their homes during the night. You’ll play a key role in maintaining dignity, independence, and safety for vulnerable adults across the borough.
You will:

• Work independently across the community
• Provide care as outlined in individual care plans
• Respond flexibly to changing needs and priorities
• Promote a safe, person-centred approach to care
• Follow all relevant Council policies and national care standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in care is preferred, but strong values and reliability are essential
• Must hold a full UK Category B driving licence (min. 2 years)
• Enhanced DBS with Adults’ Barred List check (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable working on a rolling rota (including weekends & bank holidays)

🕘 Working Pattern:

• 3 nights per week on a 7-day rolling rota
• Shift time: 21:30 – 05:00
