Job Description
Pertemps Crewe are currently searching for a Compliance Administrator for their long-standing client in Stoke on Trent with an immediate start. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
For this Compliance Administrator role, you will be responsible for:
- Help develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including managing Change Controls, Complaints, Risk Assessments, Deviations, and CAPAs as needed
- Provide administrative support for the QMS, including:
- Managing document control (SOPs, forms, and records)
- Issuing and archiving controlled documents
- Tracking change controls
- Managing records for deviations, CAPAs, and complaints
- Coordinating Product Quality Complaint (PQC) handling
- Organise and schedule internal audits, supplier qualification and requalification, training sessions, and maintain up-to-date training records
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory inspections (e.g., MHRA, VMD) and audits
- Ensure all quality documents are accurate, current, and meet regulatory requirements
- Keep records updated for approved suppliers and customers, temperature logs and transportation validation data
- Help prepare documentation for Home Office submissions, including the annual return for Controlled Drugs and also management Review meetings
- Create and update KPI reports and compliance dashboards.
- Support the Responsible Person (RP) with tasks related to GDP compliance.
- Handle documentation for customer and supplier GDP-related queries or requests.
- Support onboarding processes, including GDP awareness training for new starters.
For this Compliance Administrator role, you will need the following:

Details of the Compliance Administrator role:
Working hours: Mon-Fri 0600-1500 (this can be somewhat negotiated)
Pay: £12.56PH
