AC Foot Mobile Improver – London – 27-33K & Travel card

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who are currently looking for an Air Conditioning Improver to work across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in the West Central London area.

This role would suit an Air Conditioning Improver who is competent carrying out general AC maintenance and looking to join a small, growing maintenance company who offer training and personal development, you will be expected to carry out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and the chance to work on general building maintenance tasks becoming a multi-skilled engineer.

The ideal candidate would need to have a driving license as they would be supplied with an estate car to take part in the company call out rota which is currently 1 in 7.


You will be providing the following duties but not limited to:

• Working on AC units - AHU’s, FCU’s, and HVACS systems
• Training on PPM's and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• General building services tasks
• Landlord and Tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team Requirements
• Client Facing

Qualifications:

• City & Guilds 2079 - FGAS Refrigerant Handling Certificate
• City & Guilds 6087 Level 2.

Salary & Package:

• 27-33K per annum + Travel/Oyster Card with company car supplied for call out.
• Hours Monday to Friday - 08:00 -16:30.
• 25 Days Annual leave + bank holiday

• Plenty of OT - 1.5 in week, Saturdays & X2 Sundays & bank Responsibilities
