Location: North West – covering areas around Lancashire area 
Salary: £36,000 – £45,000 + overtime + van + benefits

A well-established M&E contractor operating for over 29 years is looking to add an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable business offering long-term local work and no call-out rota.

The role involves servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of commercial air conditioning systems across restaurants, hotels, schools, and other commercial premises. All work is within roughly an hour's travel from home.

The Role:

• Planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, etc.)
• Fault diagnosis and repairs
• Working across a range of commercial properties
• Supporting wider M&E services where required

What’s on Offer:

• Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• F-Gas qualification (Category 1 or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
