Location: Liverpool North, L3 6LS
Hours: 09:30 - 17:30 - 37.5 hrs per week
Hourly Rate: £13.18 p/h

Join our Client’s Facilities Team and help them create safe, welcoming, and well-maintained student spaces. Reporting to the Facilities Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across our properties- keeping our buildings clean, secure, and compliant.


What You’ll Do:

• Be a friendly face and a trusted problem solver for our students
• Carry out general repairs (basic plumbing, joinery, plastering, and electrical tasks)
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues and safety concerns
• Keep our buildings spotless and our spaces safe
• Support community wellbeing by promoting a positive, inclusive environment
• Log and track tasks using our digital tools
