We are looking for an organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support onboarding, recruitment activity and internal process improvements within an established telecommunications company in the Pride Park area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication and keeping systems running smoothly. This role will be on a temporary contract expected to last approximately 2 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage the full onboarding process from offer to go live, working to a two week SLA, including preparing and processing paperwork, inputting personal data and completing relevant compliance checks.
- Learning and Development Support: Work with the L&D and Recruitment teams on Smart Awards, collect qualification evidence from candidates and advise on provisional go live dates and liaise with relevant teams for approval.
- System and Process Support: Work with IT and the Process Lead on the implementation of People on relevant systems and assist with testing, rollout and internal communications
- General Recruitment Support: Arrange interviews and support scheduling, provide updates to hiring managers in line with recruitment lead guidance, send surveys and gather data for review.
