We're working with a respected Insurance Company in Shoreham, who are looking to welcome a Customer Service Advisor to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service and admin, who enjoys supporting clients and working as part of a close-knit, friendly team.

The Role:
  • Handling incoming calls & enquiries relating to claims
  • Setting up new customer accounts on the internal systems
  • Collecting & reviewing documents from third parties to support claims
  • Updating customers with the progress of their claims
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensuring all information is accurate and systems are kept up to date

The Person:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • A confident communicator with a professional & friendly manner
  • Organised individual with attention to detail

The Package:
  • Salary of up to £25,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
