Job Description
This new role will identify, drive and implement strategic change initiatives that improve our DMEX and customer experience performance. You will be a key custodian of DMEX improvement activity, ensuring we have a clear vision and championing change.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead business change projects and initiatives through their lifecycle through to successful implementation
- Explore ideas and opportunities, ensuring initiatives are prioritised based on insight and impact
- Create robust business cases
- Ensure clear benefits are identified and tracked to demonstrate impact
- Create project delivery plans, driving action to timescale
- Ensure initiatives have ‘aftercare’ supporting adoption of change and sustainable impact
- Represent Developer Services in wider business changes and programs, ensuring the needs and challenges of the area are understood and visible
- Be responsible for implementing business wide changes into DS
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups and cross team sessions to identify and understand potential solutions
- Share projects and changes in engaging ways
- Present projects and initiatives at all levels of the business including senior stakeholders, ensuring appropriate tailoring
- Be the voice of our customers using insight to facilitate change

- Competitive salary from £47,000 to £58,000 per annum, depending on experience
