Job Description
Hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and cleanse data ahead of the Xero migration.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in existing records.
- Support the finance team with general accounts administration as required.
- Work to tight deadlines to meet project milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software (essential).
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or accounts administration.
- Excellent attention to detail with highly accurate data entry skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during a busy project phase.
