🧹 Healthcare Cleaner – Part-Time (Evenings)
📍 Location: Bedford

🕓 Hours: Monday–Friday, 16:00–21:00

💷 Pay: £12.21 per hour

📅 Contract: Temporary, with permanent vacancies available
About the Role
Join a dedicated team keeping a local medical surgery clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff. You’ll be responsible for general and clinical cleaning duties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Main Duties

• Clean and disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas (e.g., exam rooms, offices, restrooms)
• Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors
• Empty bins and handle waste correctly, including medical waste
• Refill hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Follow infection control and safety standards

What You’ll Need

• Previous cleaning experience (healthcare setting preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Evening availability (16:00–21:00) and flexibility for extra shifts
