About the Role

Our client, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Property & Real Estate Administrator to join their Head Office in Milton Keynes. This role sits within our busy Real Estate team, supporting the management of our property portfolio across the UK and globally.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative, financial, or facilities experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a leading international business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the global real estate database (Planon) to ensure accurate property records.
  • Manage the central property/FM inbox, processing invoices for rent, service charges, rates, and insurance.
  • Review and validate landlord service charges and utility invoices, updating internal trackers and spreadsheets.
  • Oversee business water invoices via relevant portals, ensuring timely payments with the accounts team.
  • Compile monthly global real estate reports for management.
  • Raise ad-hoc purchase orders for property and facilities needs.
  • Respond to property-related queries such as parking, waste disposal, and lighting issues.
  • Provide general support on all real estate matters across the business.
  • Assist with reception cover as required.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in administration, finance, property, or facilities management (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident using databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
