The Recruitment Consultant role
 
Speaking with candidates and customers face-to-face and on the phone
Building strong relationships with local businesses
Matching candidates to roles that really suit them
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Hitting targets and celebrating wins as a team

What We’re Looking For
 
A confident, friendly communicator
Someone organised, motivated, and resilient
Sales or customer service experience (recruitment experience is a bonus, not a must!)
A positive attitude and a genuine interest in people
