Contract:Fixed Term 
About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and professional Administration & Call Handler to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and providing excellent administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
  • Accurately log information, messages, and call outcomes
  • Schedule appointments and manage diaries as required
  • Handle email inboxes and respond to queries promptly
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
About You
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering great customer service
  • Previous admin or call handling experience is an advantage but not essential
