Business Analyst

An experienced Business Analyst is now sought by a globally recognised retail organisation. As the successful Business Analyst, you will join an existing team with a personal focus on supporting digital and back-end system change projects for a portfolio of core business applications. To meet the needs of a demanding stakeholder population.
 
Key task of the Business Analyst
 

• Requirement Definition – identify, analyse and challenge business and user requirements
• System Analysis - create functional specifications and process flows, communicate technical requirements to technical teams
• Enterprise and Business Architecture – understand the functionality of existing and proposed systems architectures
• Stakeholder Management – sit between stakeholders / users and technical teams
• Collaberate - with cross functional project delivery teams
• User Acceptance Testing

 
Essential experience of the successful Business Analyst
 

• Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst delivering working within digital change programmes
• Specific experience of delivering back-end system change projects, with relevant technical understanding
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence
• Comprehensive knowledge of the application of Use Cases, Process Maps and User Journeys
• Proficient in business process modelling, documentation, and analysis techniques
• Ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 
The Business Analyst will be offered to £45,000 to £55,000 + Car + Flexible Benefits package.
 
The role is hybrid with 2 to 3 days a week in the office in Milton Keynes (non-negotiable)
