Are you a CRM leader who thrives on driving strategy, managing teams, and stepping up when it counts? We’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to take ownership of CRM strategy while acting as the right hand to the Head of Marketing.

This is a high-profile role where you’ll not only oversee multi-channel CRM campaigns but also step into the Head of Marketing’s shoes when required representing the team across the business and working closely with Product, Tech, BI, and Commercial functions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the development and execution of the CRM strategy to boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Manage and mentor a CRM Executive, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
  • Deputise for the Head of Marketing, representing the team in cross-functional projects and senior meetings.
  • Drive personalisation, automation, and data-led improvements across CRM activity.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to align CRM with overall business priorities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM challenges quickly and effectively.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven CRM expertise with experience running multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp).
  • Strong leadership skills you’ll have managed and developed team members.
  • Exposure to wider marketing disciplines (SEO, content, paid, social, product marketing).
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g. Braze, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
