Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator for our public sector client based in Edinburgh city centre.

Role: Senior Administrator
Location: Edinburgh city centre
Duration: Temporary role, on an ongoing basis
Pay: £14.93 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
Start Date: Mid August

The role will involve, but not be limited to:
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Responding to enquiries by phone, email and through online portals
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide an excellent service
  • Sourcing and identifying additional information and details
  • Handling sensitive and personal information in accordance with the appropriate policies
  • Updating systems and spreadsheets
  • Feeding back information to wider members of the team
  • Chairing and presenting information in team meetings
  • Any other tasks as required


You should have excellent MS Office skills, have strong organisational skills and be a strong team player. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work flexibly.
