JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor                   
PQE REQUIRED: 4+        
LOCATION: Greater Manchester                 
SALARY: Up to £80,000 DOE                     

THE ROLE:
This role involves advising on a broad range of high value and complex commercial property matters, delivering practical, commercially focused and solutions driven advice. You will work across all aspects of commercial property law including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, estate and asset management, commercial and residential development, planning and infrastructure, finance and distressed market matters, debt restructuring, construction, holding and funding structures, property tax and property litigation. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with high quality clients, develop expertise across a wide spectrum of real estate work and be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial property and strong technical expertise in this area. You will demonstrate clear and confident communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, motivated and capable of managing a varied workload while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. A collaborative, solutions driven approach, a client focused mindset and a genuine eagerness to contribute to a high performing team that values knowledge sharing and professional development are essential.
