The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a specialist, engineering-led firm with a small but genuinely lovely team. The workload is high, but the culture is collaborative, friendly and very down-to-earth. Everyone pulls together, and you’ll be valued for the contribution you make from day one.

This is an ongoing locum role for someone who can hit the ground running, manage a full caseload confidently, and enjoy working closely with colleagues rather than feeling siloed.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling a mixed caseload, with a strong emphasis on contentious construction matters
• Managing construction litigation across both residential and commercial projects
• Working on a notable volume of airport-related matters
• Helping to ease pressure on an already busy and stretched team
• Enjoying a steady, consistent workflow on an ongoing basis

What They’re Looking For
• Solid experience in construction litigation
• Confidence running contentious matters independently
• Exposure to both residential and commercial disputes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous locum experience is helpful, but not essential

Working Pattern
• Hybrid working: 4 days from home
• 1 day in the office: Tuesdays
• Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Additional Info
• Ongoing requirement due to sustained workload
• Immediate availability is preferred
• The firm is keen to secure the right support as soon as possible
