THE ROLE:
This well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of residential real estate matters from start to finish. The role requires the ability to work effectively with clients, handle challenging situations, and take ownership of matters as they arise.

The successful candidate will have experience across the full range of residential real estate transactions, including acting for buyers and sellers on sales and purchases, landlords and tenants, as well as development and investment work. Additionally, you may handle cases involving licences for alterations, deeds of variation, wayleaves, options and overage arrangements, lease extension matters, refinancing, and transfers of equity.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with strong technical expertise and a sound understanding of MLRO regulations, including the importance of conducting thorough Source of Funds and Source of Wealth checks and maintaining meticulous records.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues and demonstrate a proven ability to manage a diverse caseload. A client-focused and commercially aware approach is essential, together with an interest in marketing and business development.
