OVERVIEW:
• The appointed solicitor will manage a diverse criminal defence caseload from police station representation and Magistrates’ Court advocacy to trial preparation.
• You will carry out Duty Solicitor responsibilities.
• You must be Duty Qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Experience managing your own caseload of criminal matters and conducting your own advocacy.
• Essential requirements include experience representing clients at both the Magistrates' Court and Police Station.
