JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor                 
PQE REQUIRED: 3+       
LOCATION: North Yorkshire                
SALARY: £40,000+ (DOE)

• Manage a varied non-contentious private client caseload.

• Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
• STEP Diploma desirable.
• Proven experience managing your own caseload.
• Strong background in: Wills, probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications and trusts.
• Experience with high net worth individuals desirable.
• Estate planning and farming/rural client experience highly advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fully IT-literate.
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with an interest in business development.
