JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer                 
PQE REQUIRED: 5+      
LOCATION: Newcastle Upon Tyne              
SALARY: £45,000 DOE                    

OVERVIEW:
• Manage a full caseload of up to 120 files, including complex transactions.
• Review title reports and sign off on files prepared by other Fee Earners.
• Provide expert advice and representation to clients across all matters.
• Follow the firm’s file and case management policies at all times.
• Take responsibility for handling higher-complexity cases.
• Consistently meet annual billing and performance targets.
• Deliver a high standard of client care throughout all work.
• Stay up to date with compliance requirements and ensure all work meets regulatory and firm-wide standards.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE, admitted or eligible for admission to the roll of solicitors.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong working knowledge of the Land Registry Portal and residential property law.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills.
• Honest, flexible and forward-thinking approach to work.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling a busy caseload.
