Job Description

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Nottinghamshire, 1+ years, £40,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload, contribute to a well-established department, and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. JOB REF:2040.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE gained within another leading regional or national law firm.
• You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and remortgages and transfers of equity
• You will be confident and capable of advising clients throughout the full lifecycle of the transaction with minimal supervision.
• You will work closely with colleagues across the property team, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining exceptional client care standards.
• It is essential that you have excellent communication and client-facing skills
