RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR:
You will manage a diverse caseload of bridging finance and short-term lending transactions. Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and related ancillary documentation. The appointed solicitor will provide strategic legal advice to lenders, brokers, and borrowers and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Applications are welcome from solicitors at any PQE level. Commercial property experience is also beneficial. Remote working will be considered after 2 months in the role. Experience with the LEAP case management system is required.
