OVERVIEW:
• The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (STEP qualified) with experience in private client work
• Ideally 3+ years’ PQE with a proven track record in wills, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration
• Detail-oriented and able to manage matters independently while maintaining the highest professional standards
• Advise clients on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, LPAs, estate administration, trusts, inheritance planning, and asset protection
• Support estate administration, including probate applications and asset distribution, while advising on tax implications and succession planning
• Manage a varied and often complex caseload, delivering bespoke legal advice with a strong client-care focus
• Build lasting client relationships through clear, compassionate communication and consistent high-quality service
