OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will manage a diverse criminal defence caseload from police station representation and magistrates’ court advocacy to trial preparation
•You will carry out duty solicitor responsibilities
•You must be Duty Qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
•Experience managing your own caseload of criminal matters and conducting your own advocacy
•Essential requirements include experience representing clients at both the Magistrates' Court and Police Station
