Job Description

Legal Assistant (Private Client), Pembrokeshire, £Competitive – A new opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 0802.

THE ROLE:
• Support Fee Earners by managing the organisation and prioritisation of matters to ensure smooth case progression and exceptional client care
• Draft legal documents, including wills, estate plans, trust administration forms, court filings, client care letters, and letters of advice
• Attend client appointments—both in-office and home visits—alongside a solicitor
• Handle new client enquiries and support onboarding procedures
• File opening, compliance checks, diary management, and billing
• Answer calls and provide general assistance to ensure a high standard of service delivery

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with case management systems
• You will exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy legal environment
• Previous experience in Wills & Probate or a Private Client department is advantageous but not essential
