Job Description

Insolvency Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £60,000+ (DOE) – Are you a newly qualified to 3 years PQE Solicitor with a genuine interest in restructuring and insolvency? This could be the role for you! JOB REF: 0757.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload to include corporate and personal insolvency cases, restructuring assignments and advisory work and contentious insolvency matters including litigation and asset recovery
• You will deliver high-quality, strategic advice to a diverse client base
• You will also play an active role in business development

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Insolvency Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-centric approach
• Proactive and collaborative working style
• Confidence to manage files independently, with senior support where needed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
