Residential Property Lawyer, 5+ Years PQE, Hampshire / Hybrid, £Competitive – A new role for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. JOB REF: 0738.

THE ROLE:
• As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior fee earners and assistants
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth, timely completions
• Offering clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care
• Collaborating with the wider property team to enhance service delivery and efficiency

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• A proven track record of independently managing a high-quality conveyancing caseload
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior legal professionals
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
