Residential Property Fee Earner, Cambridgeshire – 1+ years PQE - £Up to circa £45k - Seeking a new role within an established practice, a new position is currently available for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy practice and handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions. OVERVIEW:
• You will have at least 12 months experience in dealing with the broad remit of residential conveyancing
• The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Caseload will include all types of residential property transactions including transfer of equity, re-mortgages, sales and purchases and property transfers.
• Open to hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who are seeking a new challenge within their career and have proven experience of managing their own caseload of matters.
• Possibility of travelling between the firm’s offices as and when required.
• Salary up to circa £45k dependent on experience.
